Information we collect
[Draft] When you use rnr, we collect account information you provide during signup such as your name, email address, and authentication identifiers. We collect activity data including workouts, routes, pace, heart rate, and training notes. If you choose to enable optional integrations with HealthKit, Strava, Garmin, COROS, or Zwift, we receive activity, biometric, and device data from those services on your behalf so we can analyze and display your training history.
How we use it
[Draft] We use the data you provide and the data we collect to deliver the rnr service: authenticating your account, displaying your activity history, generating personalized training plans, computing performance analytics such as VDOT, pace zones, and form metrics, and improving the product over time. We do not use your personal data for advertising and we do not build advertising profiles.
Sharing
[Draft] We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers required to operate rnr, including:
- Strava, Garmin, COROS, and Zwift — only when you connect those integrations
- Apple — for HealthKit sync and In-App Purchase processing
- Stripe — for web subscription billing
- OpenAI and Anthropic — for AI-assisted training plan generation
Storage location
[Draft] Your data is stored on infrastructure located in the United States. By using rnr, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the US, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country of residence.
Your rights
[Draft] You can access and update most of your information from within the app. You can request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request deletion by emailing support@rnr.app. You can permanently delete your account from the profile screen, which removes your activities and training history from our systems.
Children
[Draft] rnr is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
