Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-09

This is a draft Terms of Service. Replace with attorney-reviewed copy before launch.

Acceptance

[Draft] By creating an account, downloading the rnr app, or otherwise using the rnr service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

[Draft] You must be at least 13 years old to use rnr. By using the service you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using rnr on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

Account responsibilities

[Draft] You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@rnr.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.

Subscription billing

[Draft] rnr offers paid subscriptions. On the web, billing is handled by Stripe. On iOS, billing is handled through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You can cancel any time through your Stripe customer portal or your Apple ID subscription settings, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per the policies of the respective payment processor.

Third-party integrations

[Draft] rnr connects with third-party services including Strava, Garmin, COROS, Zwift, and Apple HealthKit. You bring your own credentials for these services and authorize the connection on your own account. We honor revocation: if you disconnect an integration in rnr or revoke access at the third-party service, we will stop syncing new data from that service.

Termination

[Draft] You may stop using rnr at any time and delete your account from the profile screen. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to harm other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, and we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

[Draft] rnr provides fitness data, training plans, and analytics for informational purposes only. We are not a medical provider and rnr does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any training program. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

[Draft] To the maximum extent permitted by law, rnr and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

[Draft] These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
