What to Wear

Dial in your kit using live weather and feel-temperature adjustments.

Feels-like temperature

We use apparent temperature, not air temp. Wind chill and humidity matter more than the thermometer reading when you're moving 6+ mph.

Intensity bonus

Hard efforts feel ~8°F warmer than easy ones. Toggle "intense" for tempo or interval days.

UV-aware

When the UV index hits 6+, we suggest sun shirts, brimmed caps, and sunscreen — and tell you when to skip the SPF.

Rain logic

Light rain in 50°F? Skip the jacket — you'll overheat. Cold rain? Pack a shell. We pick based on temp, not just precipitation.
